For this review, I slept on the Saatva Classic…Reviews On Saatva Classic Mattress, Firm …the Loom & Leaf, and the Zenhaven bed mattress for a number of weeks in my own house. These mattresses were also assessed in our group tests performed for Wirecutter’s guides to the finest foam bed mattress and the finest innerspring bed mattress. As Wirecutter’s senior personnel author for sleep, I’ve spoken with ratings of experts in the bed mattress market and in products science; gone to dozens of mattress shops, factories, and showrooms; and pored over the fine print on specs, guarantees, and return policies. Most just recently, supervising editor Courtney Schley assessed the Saatva Latex Hybrid in her house for a number of weeks.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g10ThFEgbwIUnderstanding Saatva Saatva’s portfolio of beds– lots of with a choice of firmness levels and accommodating nearly every convenience preference– consists of: Saatva Classic ( innerspring).
Loom & Leaf ( all foam).
Zenhaven ( all latex).
Saatva Latex Hybrid ( latex with coils).
Solaire ( a bed with adjustable air chambers). Reviews On Saatva Classic Mattress, Firm
Saatva HD ( a latex-coil hybrid designed for sleepers who weigh 300 to 500 pounds).
Saatva Youth ( a foam-coil hybrid for kids ages 3 through 12).https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3MBUU1VXosWe have not yet done a deep dive into the “natural” claims of Saatva or of other “environmentally friendly” brands. We do understand that the business uses thistle pulp or natural wool as a flame retardant (as opposed to fiberglass or chemicals) and just organic cotton (instead of synthetic blends) in its covers. As do other online mattress companies, Saatva promotes such bonus as zoned layers for “ideal spinal column support”; we’re less pleased with those features and more appreciative of Saatva’s responsive customer service and resilient foams and coils.
